Mykolaivska Church in Vilshany urban-type settlement is one of the oldest churches of Slobozhanskyi region. The three-tier composition of the church is typical for the wooden churches of Ukraine. The ancient images of the evangelists have been preserved here, and that allowed us to preserve the notion of authentic paintings of our churches at the beginning of the XVIII century.
