THE COMPLEX OF BUILDINGS OF THE SVIATO-POKROVSKYI ORTHODOX MONASTERY

The complex ofBuildings of the Sviato-Pokrovskyi Orthodox Monastery is a great monument of architecture. The name of the monastery was given by the Cathedral of the most Holy Virgin, which stone walls once protected the city of Kharkiv from enemy raids. The monastic ensemble includes Ozeranska Church, the Bishop council, the building of the Kharkiv theological seminary, a building of cells together with a refectory.
